Black Elephant was supposed to be a Think Tank. The organization's task was to identify black elephants, ie phenomena in society and the economy that we do not want or cannot accept now and in the future.
A phenomenon identified at the right moment can become an opportunity for development, when ignored, it can become a problem.
The organization's role was to learn about the future of cities, the economy and society, and to advise city managers. 

My job was to build a systematic brand image at the international level dealing with predicting the future of cities based on current data, research and behavioral sciences.
